Ellee Bokharachi

For over a decade, I’ve been helping professionals grow into stronger, more confident versions of themselves, as leaders, communicators, and human beings. In my work, I combine training and coaching in a way that’s both structured and deeply personal. The training side gives you clear frameworks, tools, and practical exercises you can apply right away, whether it’s improving communication, handling pressure, or building confidence in leadership roles. The coaching side helps you integrate those tools into your real life through self-awareness, reflection, and honest conversation. This technique is designed to help people thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments without losing their sense of self. I’ve coached hundreds of individuals across industries to build confidence, navigate workplace dynamics, and communicate with clarity and influence. Before founding bokhARTchi and ELEREX Academy, I spent years working in marketing, sales, and community engagement, leading teams and developing people. That experience taught me that professional growth always begins with self-awareness, and that the most successful people are those who understand both strategy and emotion. I hold a Bachelor’s in Management and a Master’s in Art History and Criticism from Arizona State University, which shaped my ability to combine business insight with creativity. My earlier work in the art world still influences how I approach coaching today, with empathy, curiosity, and a deep appreciation for human potential.
