# JobMentis for independent professionals: your offers, case studies and client pitches in one place

JobMentis turns the career you already have into what a client buys: up to 6 offers written in the buyer's words, case studies that keep confidential clients anonymous, and a one-page pitch for a named company. Every figure in it is checked against your own record.

## Who is JobMentis for, if you sell your own services?

Anyone who sells expertise to clients rather than to one employer, alone or between two roles. The work mode can be independent only, or both: you can look for a job and take missions at the same time.

- **Freelancers**: You sell a skill by the day or the project. Your offers say what a client gets, not what you know.
- **Consultants**: You diagnose and advise. Your case studies prove the result, with the client kept anonymous when the contract says so.
- **Interim managers**: You hold a role full time while a company hires or restructures. Your pitch leads with the handover, not the CV.
- **Fractional executives**: You lead finance, marketing or operations two days a week. Your pitch shows the format, the deliverables and the exit.

## Why is a CV the wrong document when you sell your own services?

A CV answers an employer's question: can this person do the job? A client asks something else: can this person solve my problem, how, by when, and who have they done it for? The material is the same career. The order, the language and the proof are not.

- A client reads offers, not job titles: who it is for, the problem in their words, what they have at the end.
- A client trusts results with a figure and a context, not a list of responsibilities.
- A client expects a pitch written for their company, not a profile written for everyone.

## How does JobMentis turn your career into client-ready material?

Four steps, each one reviewed by you before anything is saved. Your Career Memory, the record JobMentis keeps of your CVs, history and stories, is the starting point, so nothing is typed twice.

1. **Talk it through in ten minutes**: An AI interviewer asks who you help, what clients hire you for and one or two engagements you are proud of. Speak or type, in your language. It turns the answers into rows you review.
2. **Keep the offers that are right**: Up to 6 offers: a name, who buys it, the problem in the buyer's words, the outcome, the format. An offer you already have is never overwritten.
3. **Prove each offer with case studies**: Each case study has four boxes (context, problem, what you did, result) and names the offer it proves. My offers shows which offers have proof and which do not yet.
4. **Pitch one company**: Pick a company and the offer to lead with. JobMentis picks the proof by fixed rules you can override, then writes a one-page pitch, an email, a LinkedIn note and a short bio.

## How do you prove the work without naming a confidential client?

You describe the client instead of naming them: "a family-owned parts manufacturer", "a B2B software company, 80 people". Anonymised is the default for every case study, and the replacement is done in code before any text reaches an AI model, not left to a prompt instruction.

- A client stays anonymous unless you choose to name it, case study by case study.
- The name is replaced by your description everywhere your stories are read by a model: pitches, drafts, merges, tagging.
- If a model still writes the name, the pitch is corrected before you see it and the correction is counted.

## Why does JobMentis check every figure in a pitch?

Because a buyer remembers the one number that was wrong. Every figure in a pitch is compared with your stories, your CV and your confirmed facts. A figure that is not there is highlighted with the sentence it sits in, so you correct it, or confirm it once and it is never flagged again.

- Unsupported figures are listed before you send, never silently kept.
- "It's true" saves the figure as a confirmed fact in your Career Memory.
- The proof is chosen by fixed rules (same industry, same kind of engagement, a result with a figure), not by a model.

## What does a client pitch include?

One target, one offer, one page, plus the three messages you need to send it. Everything is editable, and the PDF carries an invisible AI-assisted tag in line with EU transparency rules.

- A headline and who you help, in one line each
- Their situation and the needs you expect, each marked: they said so, from their profile, or our assumption
- What you would do, the proof behind it and how you would work
- A next step the buyer can say yes to
- An email, a LinkedIn note and a 60-word bio
- Proof coverage: which needs your evidence backs, and where a case study is missing

## Independent work in Europe and beyond

- **14.2%** of people in work in the EU were self-employed in 2025 (Eurostat, national accounts, 2025)
- **17.7M** people in the EU work on their own account, with no employees (Eurostat, Labour Force Survey, 2025)
- **+265%** US workers with "fractional" in their job title, 2019 to 2025 (Lightcast, 2026)
- **18.8%** of new fractional executive roles are CFO roles, the most common title (Revelio Labs, 2025)

## What does it cost?

## Questions independents ask

### Is JobMentis only for job seekers?

No. JobMentis keeps one record of your career, your Career Memory, and you choose the work mode: employee roles, independent work, or both. Independent work adds offers, case studies and client pitches. Nothing else changes, so you can look for a job and take missions at the same time.

### Will my client's name ever be sent to an AI model?

Not if you keep the client anonymised, which is the default. The name is replaced by your description in code before any text reaches a model, and a pitch that still contains it is corrected before you see it. You can name a client case study by case study when the contract allows it.

### How long does the setup take?

About ten minutes. An AI interviewer asks who you help, what clients hire you for and one or two engagements you are proud of, by voice or in writing. You then tick what to keep. The interview is deleted after 7 days.

### Can I pitch a whole sector rather than one company?

Yes. A pitch targets either a named company, with its industry and profile when JobMentis knows it, or a sector. A company pitch is sharper, because the needs can be grounded in what the company says about itself.

### What if the pitch contains a figure I did not give?

It is highlighted, with the sentence it sits in and the section it belongs to, before you send anything. Correct it in place, or, if it is true, save it as a confirmed fact so it is never flagged again.

### Does it work for interim and fractional roles?

Yes. Interim and fractional are offer types of their own, so the pitch leads with the format (days a week, months), the deliverables and the handover, which is what a buyer of part-time leadership needs to see.
