I’ve spent my career at the intersection of technology and professional development, which gives me a unique perspective on how people grow and succeed in tech careers. I started in data warehousing and business intelligence at the University of Washington, where I discovered not only a passion for technology, but also a genuine interest in the people behind the data. That foundation led me to TDWI, where I managed the Certified Business Intelligence Professional (CBIP) program. What started as a resume-writing practice quickly grew into a specialty—I became known for helping technology and data professionals turn complex projects into clear, compelling career stories that resonate with hiring managers. As my work evolved, I expanded into full career coaching, blending my background in technology, my expertise in storytelling, and my understanding of the tech job market. Today, I work with students, recent graduates, and mid-career professionals to explore opportunities, clarify goals, and create actionable, step-by-step plans using my proprietary career-planning framework. I hold certifications in IT Resume Writing (ACRW, CPRW, CRS+IT) and Student Career Coaching (CSCC), and I’m a Certified Business Intelligence Professional (CBIP) in Data Analysis and Business Analytics.
