Psychologically oriented Career Coach and trainer with a versatile background from public and private sector. Now mostly concentrated on becoming better Coach and developing my own pedagogical skills. This means also studying and developing more before mentioned skills. My talents shine best at diverse situations, when training groups or individuals with various backgrounds. This has made me a quick learner, ability to get people motivated and improve my interpersonal and psychological work orientation. I have also gathered deep understanding of organization structures, leadership and developing processes that function in the Finnish society, as well as the ability to iterate this kind of information and pass it along.
