I wholeheartedly believe that every person should be living life with a sense of fulfilment. I am passionate about helping people realign to their authentic selves and actively direct their career path to ensure they have a sense of fulfilment and purpose behind what they do every day. I am a professional coach with a focus on career and leadership coaching. Who do I work with? * I am passionate about supporting young/mid-level professionals to help them reflect, reassess and realign with their authenticity so they are intentionally moving towards their passion and purpose. * I work with leaders to help them see how their behaviour affects their team, ultimately helping them lead with greater attunement to their own emotions and the experience of their team members. I have 10+ years of experience in corporate consulting in the engineering & construction industry. I started my career as a structural engineer and after 6 years I pivoted to project management. In project management, I was able to spend more time with my clients to understand their goals, drivers and concerns and ensure the project outcomes were tailored to their needs. My team leadership roles have inspired my passion for coaching. Effective team leadership is crucial to an individual’s sense of happiness and fulfilment in a workplace. I believe that when we’re given the opportunity to support team members 1-1, it’s a privilege, and it quickly became the most rewarding aspect of my career. In coaching, I can now focus on this by working with clients to help them move forward with clarity and remove the blocks holding them back from living their full potential. Another milestone I am grateful to have been part of is the women’s support initiative I co-founded within an engineering company. This initiative fosters connections through group mentoring, providing safe spaces for experience sharing. It's a support network, with regular educational events available to all staff.
