Coaching students and staff, developing guidance and counselling skills of staff, building community, culture and strategies in the world of academic guidance. As a career coach listening, asking questions and motivating are the core competencies. Talking about ideas and interests, finding hope and opportunities, looking for paths and solutions and seeing personal development gives me a thrive. Pedagogical eye helps to broaden coaching from individual viewpoints into building training and courses. At the university there are several stakeholder in the area of guidance: study advisors, career counsellors, tutoring teachers and students, study psychologists, thesis supervisors. As a development specialist of guidance and counselling setting goals and standards, building training and networks, communicating and visioning are present everyday.
