As a Career Coach at Ivey Business School, I work with undergraduate and graduate students who are building confidence, direction, and purpose in their professional lives. My coaching blends reflection and strategy, helping students connect who they are with the work they want to do. I bring those same principles into my private practice, creating structured, empathetic spaces for individuals and families navigating transition. Whether through mediation or coaching, I focus on helping people communicate clearly, make grounded decisions, and rebuild stability with purpose and respect.
