  • Payment Data: Payment information (credit card details, etc.) is handled directly by Stripe. We do not store your payment details on our servers.

3. Purpose of Processing and Legal Basis

We process your data to provide the AI-powered career services offered by JobMentis, including CV analysis, career coaching, and report generation. The legal basis for this processing is the performance of a contract (providing the services you requested) and our legitimate interest in improving our platform.

4. Data Processors and Tech Stack

To provide our services, we use several trusted third-party providers who act as data processors:

  • Hosting & Infrastructure: Vercel
  • Database & Authentication: Google Firebase
  • AI Processing: Your data is processed via API by OpenAI, Anthropic (Claude), and Google Gemini. We use enterprise API tiers which ensure your data is not used to train these models.
  • Payment Processing: Stripe
  • Email Delivery: Resend
  • Analytics: Google Analytics 4 (GA4)

5. International Transfers

Some of our providers are based in the United States. Data transfers to these countries are conducted under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (DPF) or using Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) to ensure an adequate level of protection.

Our service uses Artificial Intelligence to analyze CVs and provide career insights. While these processes are automated, they are designed as decision-support tools for you. We do not use fully automated decision-making that produces legal effects or significantly affects you without human intervention or your explicit request for the analysis.

We implement rigorous technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including SSL/TLS encryption for all data in transit, secure authentication protocols, and regular security reviews of our infrastructure providers.
