1. Service Description

JobMentis provides AI-powered career analysis, CV auditing, and professional feedback synthesis tools. The results provided are for informational purposes only. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE EMPLOYMENT or specific career outcomes. The final decision and responsibility for any career-related actions remain with the user.

2. Personalized Digital Goods

Our services, including but NOT limited to CV Audits, Career Reports, and Remastered Documents, are Personalized Digital Goods. Each product is uniquely generated based on the specific data and documents provided by you.

• Instant Fulfillment: Due to the automated and personalized nature of the service, production begins immediately upon payment.
• No Resale Value: These items are custom-made and cannot be returned or resold to other users.

3. Withdrawal Waiver (Consumer Code)

In accordance with Article 59 of the Consumer Code (and similar international electronic commerce regulations), the right of withdrawal is excluded for the supply of:

"Digital content which is not supplied on a tangible medium if the performance has begun with the consumer’s prior express consent and his acknowledgment that he thereby loses his right of withdrawal."

By placing an order on JobMentis, you expressly consent to the immediate start of the service and acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal (cooling-off period) once the digital content generation has commenced.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the documents you upload. You confirm that you have all necessary rights to share and process the professional information contained in your files. JobMentis is not liable for any inaccuracies in the final reports resulting from incomplete or incorrect input data.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, JobMentis and its operator Sylvain Querné shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from the use of the service is limited to the amount paid by the user for the specific service in question during the 12 months preceding the claim.

6. Intellectual Property

While you retain ownership of your original data, the structure, design, AI logic, and synthesized feedback formats provided by JobMentis are the intellectual property of the service. You are granted a personal, non-exclusive license to use the generated reports for your own career development.

7. Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Italian law. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Milan/Lodi.
