Are you looking for a new career path? Or to present yourself more confidently in critical job situations? Do you feel stressed out and wish to have a better work-life balance? Or do you need practical help for upcoming job applications? Are you frustrated and need to rearrange your priorities? Would you like to let go of the burden of spoken and unspoken expectations? Or would you like to discover new things about yourself? Together, we will work on a solution for your current challenges! I am a psychologist (PhD), with an emphasis on psychodiagnostics and aptitude testing. I have worked as a business and life coach for almost ten years and in personnel assessment for 18 years. I have also lectured at different universities and institutes for 17 years. I support people in developing their full potential and in finding out how to genuinely be themselves. Each human being’s individuality fascinates me, and it’s exciting to see people living out their uniqueness. To me, coaching is both a profession and a calling. My strengths lie in understanding people, analyzing complex contexts, seeing beyond facades, as well as finding new methods and solutions. As a mother of three, I know that children can flip priorities upside-down. Life gets more colourful and vivid, but also more demanding. A former profession may no longer be a good fit or cannot be carried out in the same intensity. Starting with pregnancy, the first few years with children are an excellent time and opportunity for reflecting on personal values, attitudes, priorities and standards. Perhaps it’s necessary to think about a new career or adjust your viewpoint towards the former one, enabling contentment to return. Maybe it’s a question of how to live in your changed priorities. Additionally, uncertainty often stems from expectations within your surroundings. Sometimes parents lose connection to themselves entirely, due to continuous overburdening. I offer professionality and competence in showing option

Intraining can offer Traineeships, which are designed to give young people, aged 16-24, the opportunity to refine and develop their skills and experience for the world of work. For the employer, hiring the wrong person can be high risk and time consuming. The Traineeship programme allows businesses to create a larger pool of young talent. The benefits to the business are simple. "Try before you Hire" - you see the young person in action and can measure their attitude, effectiveness and commitment to your business. Do you have key requirements coming up over the next 18 months? If so, Traineeships, which can lead into an employed Apprenticeship, can find you young talent to train and help support the workforce. Get in touch to discuss all the benefits in more detail. Stephanie.cooper@intraining.co.uk

I have worked in Higher Education for the last 14+ years. I have been at mid-sized public, small private, and large public research institutions. I love working in Career Development and helping students realize their potential and explore their professional dreams. I currently work with Engineering students and adore the work that I have the privilege of doing each day. It is my honor to work with such a collaborative and innovative team of professionals here in the Career Center at UNC Charlotte. I love putting my skills in career advising, job search strategies, mock interviewing, resume/cover letter writing, and interpreting self-assessments to use at institutions of higher learning
