I am motivated by information. I like knowing big facts and trivia. Knowing about the past also helps with predicting the future and with this in mind, my interest in history is helpful. As a Career Coach having an understanding of the past can energize successful behaviors for the future. It's all about knowing the blueprints! In the past I have successfully worked with a wide variety of people in various settings. It has mostly been in a teaching atmosphere but not always a classroom. I have worked with high school, college students and adults with special needs in employment settings as a supported employment job coach and transition specialist. This work was always challenging yet it helped me to be creative and to think differently.The new challenge will also allow me to use my experience and creative abilities to guide University of Nebraska-Lincoln students to a successful future!
