My current role at Code Institute has provided me with the opportunity to build a Careers training curriculum tailored to the UK Skills Bootcamp career changer audience. I've built methodologies for job searching that have enabled hundreds of career changers find their first role in tech. I deliver training sessions and host webinars to 40-100 attendees at a time over 1 hour and 2 hour slots at a time, maintaining the engagement of the audience in an interactive manner. I'm solution orientated and adept at process and service improvements; whilst at Learning People my initiatives doubled to tripled outcomes year on year. During my 3 years spent building and leading the Career Services function at Learning People; supporting students in helping them become job-ready, navigate the job market and navigate a career change. We achieved a 97% success rate of all students that completed the 3 phase support process moving in to their desired roles. We were awarded Skillsoft's Customer Support Team of the Year 2023.
