En mis años de experiencia en RR.HH. he tenido la oportunidad de practicar todos los aspectos del oficio: la PRL, la gestión de personal, la selección, la formación y, más recientemente, la orientación e inserción laboral. La práctica laboral me ha llevado a amar todas las disciplinas de mis profesiones: RR.HH. y orientación laboral y ejercerlas con pasión. He aprendido la importancia de atraer el talento en RR.HH. y, sobretodo, a mantenerlo para mejorar la organización. Mostrar el interés y la preocupación de la empresa por el bienestar de los trabajadores mejora sin duda su compromiso. No nos engañemos, quien se siente valorado (tanto en la vida laboral como en otros aspectos de la vida) rinde mejor, se involucra, intenta mejorar diariamente y se preocupa porque la organización alcance sus objetivos. ¿Qué empresa no quiere esto? Las que tienen un concepto obsoleto de los RR.HH.. Entremos en el S. XXI.. Demos a los RR.HH. el lugar que merecen. En cuanto a la orientación laboral, he podido devolver la esperanza y la autoestima a personas que se encuentran en la difícil situación del desempleo. Una buena detección de competencias, mejora de las herramientas de búsqueda de empleo y mucha persuasión me han ayudado a alcanzar las metas que me he propuesto con este colectivo.
