Alexandra Ivanschitz

Psychologist from Universidad del Desarrollo, with clinical and organizational experience, especially in recruitment and selection for human resources consulting and outsourcing firms, having specialized in competency assessment. Currently, I work as a Career Coach for Work Therapy and I am part of the Ambassador Team for the Psychologist Community of their platform. In my role, I develop and conduct employability workshops in municipalities and also mental health talks for corporate organizations. Besides, I also offer support and guidance to our clients in the work field. Recently, I completed a Diploma in Mindfulness and Psychotherapy in november 2024 at the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and have been applying mindfulness practices in the personal and professional area. I am a committed, ethical and analytical professional focused on human relationships. On a personal level, I enjoy traveling and exploring other cultures and life experiences, which has allowed me to put into practice my language skills, particularly english and german.
