A black technologist, a social entrepreneur, and a dedicated mentor - these identities are at the root of how I navigate my career, academic interests, and community involvement. I believe that the BEST products center user needs, are inclusive, and solve root problems. This belief led me to pursue my MBA at UC Berkeley Haas, where I served as the Student Body President. My MBA focused on the AI technology, leadership skills, and emotional intelligence needed to build global products with positive impact. After 6+years working within the Global Supply Chains and data transformation organizations of the world's most advanced manufacturers. I honed my competencies in technical program management, LSS process improvement, and digital facilitation. I've used all these experiences to pivot into Product Management where I help high growth organizations scale and build compelling, user centered product roadmaps. As a Product Manager, I've helped grow revenue by 40% YoY on my products and have managed complex AI product roadmaps with lean teams. On a personal note, I believe in the restorative and strategic power of mentorship. From mentoring students from underserved communities, to coaching teams as a Gallups-Certified Strengths Coach, or founding a career coaching organization – mentoring has continued to be the most fulfilling part of my life.
