Some of my proudest accomplishments include: Designing a bespoke career development coaching program that benefitted over 100 students and career changers to find clarity and alignment in their career goals. Delivering 80+ onboarding and training sessions while maintaining a personable yet streamlined approach to welcome hundreds of new hires to the organization over four years. Coordinating two week-long orientation programs (including speakers, networking events and tradeshow) for 262 employees to foster development opportunities, company networks and improved integration into the company.
