I am asked often about my decision to leave the law and become a recruiter. Since I advise attorneys about making strategic career decisions on a daily basis, I would like to say that it was a calculated move. It was not. My goal was to move to Manhattan from South Jersey and as I embarked on my job search, I stumbled into recruiting. I didn’t know much about my new path but by being opportunistic and trusting my instincts, I found my calling. I love partnering with companies and law firms to find attorneys who will not only fill the technical needs of a particular role but who also will add value and help move the business forward. My client focus is unmatched. I am wholly committed to delivering top legal talent and the strategic guidance essential to building extraordinary teams. In addition to sourcing candidates, I provide customized training for hiring managers and interviewers to equip them with the skills necessary to conduct meaningful, structured interviews that will capture the information needed to evaluate candidates effectively, consistently and fairly, resulting in stronger hires and an elevated candidate experience. I also happily share what I have learned over the years with attorneys trying to figure out “what’s next”. From job search strategies to putting their best foot forward, I work with attorneys at all levels who want to leverage my experience and knowledge as they advance their careers.
