Brendan Wilkinson

Hi there! I was the high school and university student who had no idea what I wanted to do and where my life was going. All I wanted was to find something where my strengths were being used well, where there was a need, and where I could make positive impact. My goal was to find that purposeful alignment in all areas of life and I continue to seek that out. I have the privilege to walk alongside others as they seek out and find that alignment of who they are, what they do, and what difference they make in the world. Currently working as the Manager of Career Coaching at Trinity Western University, where I have the incredible privilege of empowering students and alumni on their employment journey. Through workshops on key skills and non-directive coaching strategies, I help individuals understand their unique abilities and connect them with their passions and the needs in the world around them. My focus is on curating resources that clearly articulate their employability goals and align them with industry standards. I happily lead a team of talented peer career coaches, together we assist students as they navigate life and what they are called to do during and after university.
