As a Master Coach Practitioner (COMENSA) with over 5,000 hours of coaching experience, I specialise in executive and group coaching for professionals in STEM careers—particularly in mining, engineering, construction, and other technical sectors. I work with senior managers and executives who are navigating the complex transition from technical expert to strategic leader. Professional Background Prior to founding The Briony Liber Coaching Group (Pty) Ltd in 2017, I was a Partner and business unit co-manager in one of South Africa’s leading mining and natural resources consultancies and provided ESG compliance and risk advise to mining operations across Africa and South America.
