We are flipping the script on change. My work involves switching the narrative around career ready candidates to employee ready workplaces. I have experience with organizational change management, project and program management, facilitating courageous conversations, designing and delivering training content and individual career coaching. I invite organizations to re-envision processes and policies to enhance the employee experience. This means designing work space for the collective good with the whole person in mind. My contributions as a change agent have resulted in increased confidence level of colleagues to advocate for their needs, cultivated a work environment for true and authentic belonging, and implementation of clear project management processes that have helped the unit reach 80% of the current objectives.
