Currently I am a Service Missionary helping unemployed and under employed blue collar and professional job seekers learn current job skills and find jobs. As part of this mission, I work with candidates 1 on 1, as well as teach a Career Workshop for Professionals, focusing on fundamentals including organizing a job search, branding, developing “Me in 30 seconds” and achievement statements, applications, cover letters, resumes, interviewing, follow up, networking, effective job search management, and resource utilization.Most of my career I have been in the pharmaceutical / biological industry with demonstrated leadership in research, development, scale-up, production, and project management. I most enjoy process development and improvement implementing practical, innovative solutions collaborating with other technical experts. I have been intimately involved with all phases of the worldwide veterinary product Legend/Hyonate (Hyaluronic Acid) line with sales exceeding $15 million annually.
