It is in the synthesis of my expertise in counseling, education design, and creative project management that my value as an employee shines and consistently make me a key team member to ensuring successful deliverables. Acting regularly as a trainer, instructional designer and advisor in support roles has added value to the business and academic initiatives of the organizations I've worked for well beyond my primary functions. Frequently called upon for my ability to bridge team communications and big picture insights, I bring an ability to combine compassion and efficiency in every workspace. It is my breadth of experiences from career coaching to clinical counseling, from teaching and leading projects to graphic design and marketing that make me a generalist capable of transitioning into many roles. Repeatedly I have learned new software, systems and platforms so that I could use and teach them including Adobe Creative Suite, Moodle LMS with SCORM 1.2 compliance, Salesforce CRM, 3D ICC Vertend OpenQuaq, SharePoint, Microsoft Office Suite, Magento eCommerce and more (even a little WordPress on the fly). In the mental health field, I am formerly NCC and CANS certified, and as I graduated from a CACREP accredited masters school, I am LPC eligible.
