Erika Teresko

The focus of Erika's work is helping clients identify their value proposition and develop an effective action plan to realize their goals. Erika coaches across all levels from emerging leaders to seasoned executives. During her 20+ years of experience, she has held career development, leadership training and recruiting positions in both the private and higher education sectors. She has had the opportunity to work with hundreds of clients across diverse industries including Finance, Luxury & Retail, Tech, Management Consulting, Entrepreneurial/Start- and Digital Media. Through targeted programming and one on one coaching, Erika partners with her clients to help them assess their strengths, address their weaknesses and reach their performance goals. Erika received her Master of Arts in Organizational Psychology from Teacher's College, Columbia University.
