Evelyne Franzon

I am passionate about understanding what happens in people’s minds – the “whys” and “hows” behind the behaviors and the decisions – getting to know the principle behind what I see. My imaginative mind also develops ideas about what the future could look like. And then I love passing on what I learn, and connecting people so that experiences can be shared. I have worked with very different teams, starting in Castilla with Spanish factory workers producing cardboard, then going up on 52nd floor of Tour Montparnasse in Paris to join the creative teams of a leading advertising agency, later spending 5 years with engineers developing customized printing solutions, before becoming part of a team of translators obsessed with understanding and transposing all the elements of written messages, and finally landing at INSEAD with educators and coaches.Positive and optimistic by nature, I am intrigued with the unique qualities of each person and I draw out the best in each coachee - I love when people get to do what they do best.I do what I promise. I am lucky to have an innate source of intensity, energy and power that translates into getting things done at work, and running kilometers when I get out of the office.
