Hillary Kuenn

I'm a career and entrepreneurial consultant, skilled in Operations Management, Sales, Marketing, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and Human Resources. A speaker, trainer and career transition expert – I bring a strong background in organizational development techniques, career coaching, and corporate training and development. After earning my master’s degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, I opened HiConsulting Services to help others reach their career goals. I am a dedicated member of the local community, volunteering and working with local organizations to create small business growth and job opportunities. I'm also a board member with AZ Talent CoOp, Chief of Staff for PHX Startup Week and recently nominated for an Athena Award through the Greater Phoenix Chamber of Commerce. I am also a DiSC Certified Facilitator and Authorized Partner of Everything DiSC. I provide assessments and workshops for DiSC Workplace, Agile EQ, and Work of Leaders. My passions are people, building relationships and creating great experiences. My hobbies include travel and exploring the southwest with my husband, niece and two dogs. I ride a Honda dirt bike, love to be out on the lake and hate tomatoes (unless it’s salsa).
