I am Jana Tourne, psychologist (dipl.) and systemic career coach (700+ hours/NPS 90+/online coaching). I have 16 years of professional experience in an international corporation, where I worked as an HR business partner and personnel developer, and accompanied change processes. I am very familiar with recruitment processes from the perspective of an HR professional.I support clients in their phase of professional (re)orientation, both in identifying their career goals, determining their competence profile (current vs. desired), and developing an individual application strategy. It is particularly important to me that we develop a vision together that is not only aimed at professional success but also takes into account your personal values and life goals. This is the perfect basis for designing application documents in such a way that they overcome the hurdle of getting an invitation to a job interview, and to get your dream job.Together, we also consider all the topics that arise and are important on the way through the career orientation and application process, whether it is saying goodbye to the old employer, blockages, or other issues that moves you in this context.The coaching is tailored to your process.
