I have a portfolio career across Career Coaching, HR and Employee Relations. My passion being in career coaching and supporting individuals to work through a successful career transition. As a Career Coach, I provide outplacement support, consulting with and coaching candidates, guiding them through their career transition journey whether it be for a similar role, career change, starting up a business or retirement. Assisting with all the preparation required for a successful job search whether that be highlighting job searching tips and techniques, compiling a winning CV or preparing for an outstanding interview. Having worked for Rolls Royce for a number of years I was asked to return to the role as Employee Relations Specialist on a contract basis where I coached managers in people management, formal cases and informal resolution.
