30+ years of corporate experience, with 15 years as a manager and executive for companies like IBM, Viacom and AT&T. 18 years and 20,000+ hours of experience as a coach, certified by the International Coach Federation at the Professional Coach level, by the European Mentoring & Coaching Council as a Senior Practitioner, and by the Scrum Alliance as an Agile Leadership coach. International Coach Federation Associate Board Member, focused on Coach Credentialing and Ethics, with the aim of helping the coaches of the UK ICF community provide the highest quality coaching to their clients and sponsors.
