I bring a few things most career coaches do not: a recruiter's lens, strong business acumen, and a coaching approach grounded in both strategy and intuition. Having spent 10+ years on the hiring side of the table, I understand how decisions are actually made, and I hold a clear ethical line: if I would not hire someone, I will not help them find or create their next role.
