I have a solid background in marketing from operational as well as strategic roles, working with brand management, consumer insights, innovation development - setting overall strategies for brand transformation, successful communication concepts and media strategies. Over the years, I’ve contributed to building strong brands and high-performing teams.My experience spans mainly the private sector, with a focus on the FMCG industry, but also from other industries as well as the public sector. I’ve had the opportunity to work with strong and well-known brands such as Pågen, Blå Band and Bong Touch of Taste, SJ, Skånetrafiken and Region Skåne. In my current role as a career advisor and coach at TRR, I support professionals through individual sessions and group settings. I draw on my experience as a manager and leader, my ability to see possibilities and other people's strengths - as well as my passion for helping others to create clarity, to find a direction and take meaningful action.
