Given my reputation, my recruiting clients and other Recruiters, often seek me out to find that elusive "Needle in a Haystack" or "Purple Squirrel" candidate. In fact, on a humourous note, a Recruiter once called asking me if she had reached "The Hail Mary Recruiter!" I still smile about that. Throughout my Marketing Career, I've connected the right products with the right markets. As a Recruiter, I match the right candidates with the right employers, and as a Career Coach, I groom candidates to attract and land roles aligned with the next step in their careers. I began my career in HR, and after a successful 12-year run, I was asked to take on a Marketing Manager role to breathe new life into a subsidiary. I leveraged my Marketing Degree and creativity to help turn the division around within 6 months. After 15 rewarding years in marketing, I decided to return to the recruiting and people development/coaching aspects of HR. Today, I blend my marketing and HR skills to optimize outcomes for those I serve.
