Megan Graham

4 years experience of being Career Coach in a people management capacity at PwC within the People Experience & Culture Team, enhancing and supporting the development of junior PwC staff. This role included managing the performance and development through moderation cycles of 86+ staff at associate level within the firm. Additionally this role was heavily based on assisting in pastoral care of staff and managing the communication of policy updates. As well as looking after associates, I was also tasked with supporting the leading the business placement programme. Guiding the students in their 11 month fixed term programme while they complete their placement year. Before joining this team i spent 4 years within the Financial Crime Service Tower within PwC. Where i worked in a range of roles such as analyst, QC & Team Leader. I have also completed my Level 3 & Level 5 CIPD in People Management. Graduated from Ulster University in June 2016, with a Bsc (Hons) in Sociology with Criminology. Charismatic and keen team player who thrives in working along side exciting projects.
