I empower my clients to accomplish their goals & find their purpose. I provide in-depth career & education advising through the Dept. of Defense's Spouse Education & Career Opportunities (SECO) Global Career Center. I have a unique ability to actively listen and connect clients to a wide range of career development resources. I take pride in my ability to provide continuous service and quality. I counsel and advise clients meeting them where they're at and guide them through the career life cycle. Additionally, I have successfully designed, executed and managed innovative career development and employer outreach programs. I have proven ability to connect students to employers in unique ways and in developing and maintaining strong employer relations in government, business, science, communications, engineering & IT. I have developed and taught online business high impact experiential learning class via Blackboard, facilitating reflection discussion boards, leadership & career development topics, and facilitated Life Skills & Career classes covering topics on self-awareness, budgeting, leadership, and career exploration for adult populations.I dynamically managed high volume ($2-$12 million) retail departments/stores and provided talent acquisition to 11 stores totaling $50 million in volume annually.I am a proud military spouse veteran, advocate of military spouses and honorably served on US Military Spouses Boards.
