15-years' experience working in human resources, recruitment and career transition advising, first in the US, and then in the UK and Canada. I joined the McGill Engineering Career Centre team as a Career Advisor in Fall 2019, and then as a Skills Development Advisor leading the Empower Initiative. I focus on supporting, promoting and creating hands-on learning opportunities for engineering students to turn theoretical training into real-world practice. I love sharing my knowledge and experiences with students, connecting with alumni and facilitating new opportunities.
