Career and Executive Coach (PCC accredited by the ICF and a Registered Member of the Career Development Institute) and Cultural Intelligence/Intercultural trainer, with MA in Intercultural Communication and certificated Cultural Intelligence practitioner. I have over 20 years' experience coaching at all levels from graduate to CEO, across private, public and charity sectors both in the UK and globally. Earlier international HR (FCIPD) career with ExxonMobil and GE. Recently completed 30 hours of Mental Wellbeing coach training via Animas in addition to being an accredited Mental Health First Aider. Earlier on in my career I was an expat in France, an expat spouse in Belgium and led an HR team across the EMEA region before setting up my own coaching business. I love independent travel most recently to Japan, Taiwan and Tunisia (photo backdrop above from our desert walk) as well as hiking in the hills. I try to swim a few times a week to keep fit and balanced, and in the evening it’s films, and fiction!
