That's what I call Happy Mondays…. but in 2016, that wasn’t my reality. After years as a recruiter, I knew how the career system worked, but that didn’t make my own path any clearer. On paper, I was successful, yet inside, I felt lost. Searching for my next step, I realised how fragmented and limiting the career space was. Coaches told me, "Everything is possible!". But didn’t provide a roadmap to get there. Recruiters, reduced my future to my past, boxing me into roles that I had outgrown. Neither approach helped me figure out what I truly wanted. They were either too open-ended or too restrictive. That's why I started The Happy Mondays Co.—to bridge that gap. Too often, professionals are stuck between vague optimism from career coaches and rigid job-matching from recruiters. At THMC, we do things differently.
