All my life I have wanted to be in a job where I am helping people and I have been lucky to have done that my entire career. As cliche' as it might sound, people truly are my passion! I am a coach who gets the honor of partnering with clients from all walks of life, from new college grads to senior leaders. I currently coach clients in all things career...searching for that right role, looking at next steps in their career, preparing for that role, developing leadership skills or possibly transitioning into new a career. I spent 20 years in leadership roles in the Talent Acquisition space which I believe gives my coaching a little different perspective. I am a natural relationship builder and love to gently push clients out of their comfort zone to help them achieve their goals. I have a bias for action and like to make things happen! I have been called a "fixer" a time or two in my career as I have a knack for turning tough situations into better situations. Previously, I built and led top-performing recruitment teams in multiple industries.
