My true passion lies in Career Coaching, where I am dedicated to guiding both companies and professionals on their path to success, creating meaningful connections that benefit both parties. Areas of Specialization: - Staff Selection, Administration and Retention - Career and Professional Guidance - Event Organization - Talent Training and Development I have a degree in Psychopedagogy from the UCA and a specialization in Human Resources from the UBA (CETAE), complemented with courses in Leadership, Motivation, Coaching, and Recruiting, among others. My colleagues describe me as a dedicated and proactive professional with a strong vocation for service and exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. In addition, I have a great ability to adapt to different environments and cultures, thanks to my extensive international experience as an HR representative in various countries.
