After more than two decades in executive search, advising leaders on career moves, navigating transitions, and relocating leadership talent across the globe, I’ve seen behind the curtain of success. The accolades. The burnout. The endless chase. If there’s one thing I know for sure, it’s this: you are not your career. You’ve built it, led through it, grown because of it. But it isn’t the whole of who you are. I work with ambitious professionals, business owners and creatives, who’ve reached a turning point. Life still looks “fine” on the outside, but internally, something has shifted. The roles no longer fit in the same way. The old markers of success don’t land like they used to. There’s a growing sense that the next chapter needs to be lived differently. This is The Space Between, the moment after autopilot, before clarity arrives. My work supports them to slow this moment down rather than rush past it, to listen, recalibrate, and reconnect with themselves beneath the noise of expectation and achievement. Through my Aligned Self Framework , I weave together somatic work, neuroscience, psychology, and parts-based approaches to help professionals move from successful-but-disconnected to aligned, embodied, and fully alive. * If you’re navigating a transition of your own, let’s connect.

Career Connect
Wallasey, United Kingdom
I work for the leading Careers Charity Career Connect and I am a “careers campaigner” through the trade union UNISON: The Trade Union for Careers Professionals. In my Career Connect role I am a product developer, trainer and trainee assessor, a role I formally started in March 2024 building on previous experience within and outside of the organisation. I am completely dedicated to this role and extremely happy to be in it! I have joined an extremely supportive, friendly team whom I deeply respect, who have a deep wealth of knowledge, skills and experience, and I operate within that team framework. I use evidence-based approaches and research to develop up-to-date materials and have developed a range of such materials in the education and wider business sectors. I train those who are undertaking Level 6 Careers Adviser Qualifications alongside other developmental areas such as those training as Careers Leaders along with other standalone training areas, such as motivational interviewing and in the area of neurodivergence. Career Connect is an excellent organisation to work for and I am completely committed to it’s mission and putting that mission into effect by making a difference through it’s services. Before commencing my role in the Career Connect training team I was a “Careers Adviser” a role I have worked in for over 25 years and I am still called upon to do this on occasion. Career Guidance and it’s role in helping people access the labour market at all levels remains an area I am deeply dedicated to and I am an advocate for. In my quite separate UNISON role, I am Chair of the UNISON Careers National Forum which advocates for UNISON members in the sector and I seek to improve Careers Services in partnership with others such as the CDI, Careers England, The University of Derby etc for recognition of the sector, proper funding, proper pay, professional standards et all. In campaigning, I work with the other members of the UNISON Careers Forum and deeply ded
