Helping Organizations Build Engaged, High-Performing Teams Through Leadership & People Development I’m a Talent Development & People Strategy expert with 15+ years of experience helping organizations develop leaders, strengthen teams, and create people-first cultures. My expertise lies at the intersection of leadership development, coaching, and strategic talent initiatives—working closely with HR, business leaders, and teams to align people development with business priorities. What sets me apart is my system-oriented approach: I don’t just coach individual leaders—I work within the full system of leaders and their teams to elevate performance, trust, and engagement. I help leaders not only grow their own confidence and clarity but also unlock the strengths and motivations of their teams. Throughout my career, I’ve designed and delivered leadership development programs, coaching initiatives, and team-based strategies that drive lasting growth. I’ve worked across industries—from tech and retail to higher education and nonprofits—helping organizations foster strengths-based, high-trust environments where people can do their best work. What excites me most is partnering with leaders and HR teams to build practical, high-impact development programs—ones that equip leaders to be more coach-like, communicate with greater intention, and create thriving team environments. I bring a blend of strategic insight and hands-on facilitation, ensuring leadership initiatives aren’t just theoretical but truly embedded into the culture. Key Strengths: * Leadership & Talent Development – Designing and delivering programs that develop high-potential talent, strengthen team dynamics, and enhance leadership effectiveness * Strategic People Development – Partnering with HR and business leaders to align leadership development with organizational goals * Coaching & Facilitation – Coaching leaders and teams to enhance communication, trust, and performance * Culture & Engagement –

I am a technology hiring expert and career connector with 20+ years' experience with thousands of "the right match" placements. If you are hiring for tough to find skill sets, or are looking for just the perfect role, or have had challenges in either of these areas, my team and I are here for you! A few fun facts about me: I create fun adventures every Saturday for my sister-in-law, Mary Mac and I. "Sacred Sista Saturday" started in 2021 when my Brother Paul hiked the Pacific Crest Trail and was gone for 6 months. We are expanding these adventures to include so many more friends in 2025. You'll see many of our adventures on my Linked In posts soon. I am a community connector and usually planning some fun quarterly event with clients, consultants, neighbors and/or friends. The last one was this past Sunday, 9/14/2025 where I spearheaded a "37th Ave SW (Graham/Morgan) neighborhood night out. Over 20 people attended, which was a great turnout. Pete and Becky reminded me that I was the one to host our first street neighbor BBQ about 15 years ago. What was even funnier is she reminded me that we have not reconnected since. Duh! Becky went back to nursing school and is now a Cardiac Nurse and she and Pete completely remodeled their home. But now we are caught up! I've started a What's App group for us and I"m sure there will be more support and connections soon! I have now married 4 couples, who are all still together! The wedding I officiated this June 2025 was my goddaughter, Samantha who married Aidan. Through getting to know Aidan over these last few months, we talk all the time now, and I think we both feel the same: I've got a new son!

I have a Master of Science Degree in Counseling and Student Personnel with an emphasis in College Student Affairs. As a Student Success Manager, I partnered with a diverse group of students, instructional teams, and leadership through the University of Minnesota Boot Camps powered by EdX. Students and alumni met with me to discuss career goals, success strategies, and goal setting. As a Career Coach for Capella University, I offer support to learners and alumni from all backgrounds during their pursuit of a degree and beyond. Previously, I was Program Administrator for The Annexstad Family Foundation. I made lasting connections with bright and driven scholars that were often first generation college students overcoming challenges. The mission driven work was a success as I formed a sense of community virtually and in person through collaborations with partners at a variety of prestigious universities across the United States. Previous experiences in Higher Education include working 2 years as a graduate assistant career counselor in the Career Development Center at Minnesota State University, Mankato (MNSU). During my internship at New Student and Family programs at MNSU, I did academic advising for students facing warning or suspension and co-taught a First Year Experience course for students that were choosing, changing, or undecided about their major. I have also worked for AmeriCorps as a Jumpstart Team Leader, providing literacy programming through MNSU. These experiences illustrate my passion to work with college students in a variety of capacities, including my previous work as an educator in the Early Childhood Education field.
