I’m one of those lucky people who is truly able to live my mission: to inspire greatness by honoring uniqueness. For many years now, I’ve done a mix of executive coaching, group coaching, career advising, and leadership development. In all these domains, I’m driven to help leaders of all stripes embody, amplify, and ignite thriving in themselves and their organizations. In my early career, I progressed through roles in software development, business process reengineering, project management, product management, and formal leadership. This foundation in business combined with the incredible knowledge I gain from working with such a wide variety and number of clients gives me a broad perspective I'm able to bring to every interaction. I look forward to the opportunity to work with you!

I grew up in a steel town in western Pennsylvania with big dreams but no roadmap for how to reach them. Today I live in Breckenridge, Colorado, in what often feels like a literal snow globe. Everything in between happened because I learned to leap before I had everything figured out. There were no professional connections, no clear playbook, and no guarantee that the life I imagined was even possible. What I did have was curiosity, determination, and a willingness to leap before everything was figured out. That mindset shaped the path that followed. Over time, I worked my way through higher education earning a bachelor’s degree, master’s degree, PhD, and now an MBA, starting as a graduate teaching assistant and eventually becoming tenured professor and then an Assistant Dean. But my story isn’t just about climbing the academic ladder. Along the way, I built a life that once felt completely out of reach. I became a working mom of 4, pursued opportunities that challenged me, invested in real estate, started two businesses, and created a lifestyle that reflects the freedom and flexibility I always hoped for. Today I live in Breckenridge, Colorado, a place that often feels like a literal snow globe compared to where I started. Looking back, most of the biggest moves in my life had one thing in common: I didn’t wait until everything felt perfectly clear. I took the leap and trusted that I would figure things out along the way. That philosophy is what I now call the "Professional Badass Method". I believe women don’t need perfect timing, perfect confidence, or perfect clarity to build extraordinary careers and lives. They need the courage to: * Be Bold * Amplify Their Voice * Design Their Life Through speaking, coaching, and leadership development, I help women build confidence, communicate powerfully, and make bold decisions about their careers and lives. Because extraordinary lives rarely begin with perfect plans. They begin with the courage to le
