Deze professionals hebben vaak last van prestatiedrang, FOMO (keuzestress) en faalangst, waardoor ze opties openhouden en geen concrete keuzes maken. Ze ervaren om diverse redenen onrust en stress. Ze willen steviger staan in hun baan en/of hebben behoefte hun creatieve kant of vakmanschap meer naar buiten te brengen. WAT MIJN AANPAK UNIEK MAAKT Coaching bij mij betekent 'ervaringsleren'; leren door te doen en niet alleen praten. Het is afwisselend qua (loopbaan/lifecoach) methodieken en met indoor en outdoor sessies. Ik belicht zaken van meerdere kanten, maar kom snel tot de kern en ben van zaken aanpakken bij de bron, in plaats van symptoombestrijding. MIJN DRIVE Van betekenis zijn voor anderen, mijn kennis en levenswijsheid delen. Een stukje meelopen op je pad, zodat je daarna op eigen kracht en opgeladen weer verder kunt. Ik doe dit met betrokkenheid, rust, creativiteit en humor. KENNIS & VAKMANSCHAP Komen voort uit een coachopleiding, levenservaring en meer dan 25 jaar werkervaring in verschillende sectoren (onderwijs, overheid, zorg, ict). Naast Register Loopbaanprofessional (Noloc) ben ik gecertificeerd lifecoach en Adviseur Duurzame Inzetbaarheid (Avans +). Ik volgde trainingen/cursussen Systemisch Werken, Medische Basiskennis en Psychopathologie. Ik beschik over kennis van de invloed van langdurige stress op het lichaam. Ik doe regelmatig aan intervisie en supervisie.
