Like some others, I started my career without a sound understanding of my interests, strengths, and preferred areas of work. I knew what I was not good in, but less of what I am. I consider myself fortunate to have had career opportunities in the private and public sector, both with vastly different ideals, priorities, and cultures. It was an immensely enriching experience, and has allowed me to improve as an individual, professionally and personally. To have the opportunity to help our younger stakeholders of the country on their career choices, is something I find meaningful and fulfilling. With positive values, beliefs and efforts, we can all make a difference.
