I also have a strong background as Internal Communication Lead for one of Kesko’s grocery retail chains, where I managed internal communications, served as chief editor for external website content, and worked as an in-house communication consultant to ensure communication was aligned from planning through execution across projects. With 10+ years in customer-centric roles across industries, I bring a strong customer-first mindset and thrive where strategy meets meaningful human interaction. I hold an M.Sc. in Communication from the University of Jyväskylä, with minors in Psychology and Human Resources Management. My studies focused on the dynamics of human interaction.
