A former profession may no longer be a good fit or cannot be carried out in the same intensity. Starting with pregnancy, the first few years with children are an excellent time and opportunity for reflecting on personal values, attitudes, priorities and standards. Perhaps it’s necessary to think about a new career or adjust your viewpoint towards the former one, enabling contentment to return. Maybe it’s a question of how to live in your changed priorities. Additionally, uncertainty often stems from expectations within your surroundings. Sometimes parents lose connection to themselves entirely, due to continuous overburdening.
