Adrian Marsh

I am an experienced coach, offering both career coaching and executive coaching. I love helping my clients to gain renewed focus in their career path or to find a different direction. My approach is to treat everyone as a unique individual; helping them to look at their career or work situation from many different perspectives so they can become much clearer about what their options are and what they really want. This builds clients' confidence in their own strengths and abilities, and enables them to assess all their options thoroughly, perform to their best and (if moving roles) approach the job market fully prepared; clear about their professional identity, capable of crisply articulating it to others and playing to their strengths. My own career background is in the tech sector, where I enjoyed working for companies in every lifecycle phase from pre-launch start-up through to Tier 1 blue-chip companies and was fortunate to work in some fascinating international roles, managing teams across more than 20 countries. Recruiting people, building teams and helping folks grow throughout their careers was always the aspect of my work I enjoyed the most, which is why I’m delighted that helping people find fulfilling careers is now my full-time job. I have an MA in Career Development and Coaching Studies from Warwick University and am a registered professional member of the Career Development Institute. I am also certified by the British Psychological Society to use a range of psychometric tools.
