Amy Cotterill

I’m an accredited coach working with high-achieving professionals navigating career, leadership and identity transitions. Many of the people I work with are capable and self-aware, and already know what they want to change or move towards. Yet there can be a gap between knowing and acting, even for people who have navigated significant change before. My work brings mindset and nervous system capacity onto the same page so change can be integrated rather than forced. I integrate coaching psychology, subconscious patterning and nervous-system-informed somatic practices to support sustainable behaviour change. Alongside my coaching work, I bring over a decade of experience working inside organisations across recruitment, Talent Acquisition, Account Management and People & Culture within HR technology companies. I’ve partnered closely with senior HR and Talent leaders, supported organisations through periods of growth and change, and managed long-term client relationships from SMB through to enterprise. This experience shapes how I work and gives me a grounded understanding of organisational life and leadership in practice.
