In my role at LinkedIn, I partner with senior HR, Talent, Learning, and executive leaders across ANZ to help them make confident, future‑ready decisions about how they attract, develop, and retain talent. This work spans workforce planning, internal mobility, skills development, leadership capability, and the practical adoption of AI across hiring and learning ecosystems. I’m known for translating complexity: labour market data, skills insights, AI capabilities, and organisational change into clear, commercially grounded strategies leaders can act on. Alongside my role at LinkedIn, I’m the founder of Andrea Bombino Coaching & Consulting, where I advise organisations and coach individuals on one of the most under-supported transitions in modern work: parenthood. With 15+ years in enterprise sales, talent advisory, and leadership development, and deep training in matrescence, parental-leave coaching, and Motherhood Studies, my work bridges business performance with lived human experience.
