Anna Westin

Developing individuals, groups and teams since more than twentyfive years. With more than twenty years of experience from industry, public sector and university I have solid experience in organization and people development through coaching, facilitation and training. I have worked all over the world with groups of any size and from a range of different cultures, I have supported managers and leaders through difficult times and into new futures and I have been facilitating leadership development for hundreds of leaders. My goal is to always make a positive difference for the individuals I meet, regardless if our encounter is within training, group development or individual coaching. The passion for development and lifelong learning also applies to myself with the most recent being coach education at the University of Cambridge, a diploma in cognitive behavioral psychotherapy and supervision training in psychosocial work.
