I’m a higher education professional with deep experience coaching graduate and international students through pivotal career transitions — whether that’s preparing for industry roles, launching academic job searches, or navigating a career path that’s still taking shape. My approach blends thoughtful, personalized coaching with scalable strategy. Over the years, I’ve developed campus-wide programming, launched targeted Ph.D. initiatives that tripled student engagement, created global-facing career curriculum for study abroad students, and built strong partnerships with faculty and staff to integrate career into the student experience. I also manage staff who create career education content that supports students well beyond the appointment space. I’m an MBTI Certified Practitioner, a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach, and hold both GCDF and CMCS credentials — tools I use daily to help students reflect, strategize, and grow.
